Rosé Brut 2023 (6 x 75cl bottles) *NEW RELEASE due June 2026*

This release is made from the warm but wetter than usual 2023 vintage, from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 24 months on lees.

Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%.
