Shipping policy

Please allow up to 48hrs for us to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs for us to confirm your order and provide an approximate time for delivery where we will check if you are available to receive the delivery. 

Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs and can take 2-4 business days to be delivered after that. Standard shipping within the UK is £15 + Vat. We currently do not ship outside of the UK.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chilcombvalley.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
