Landing in August 2026, the new release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée, in a limited production run.
This new release is made from grapes from the excellent and hot 2022 vintage. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 32 months gaining complexity on lees. 12.5% ABV.
