Due to land shortly, this is the latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut, in a limited production run of just 300 cases.

This new release is made from grapes from the excellent and hot 2022 vintage. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 32 months gaining complexity on lees. 12% ABV.
