Artisanal, small-batch English Sparkling produced from each vintage

Each vintage is hand-crafted to make the best wines we can possibly can, whether it be the Classic Cuvée or Rosé we currently produce or the still wines we intend to create very soon. Each vintage typically makes less than 3000 bottles of each wine, making it one of smallest releases in Hampshire!

We don't necessarily seek a 'house style' - instead we aim to maximise the potential of the fruit from each vintage and make it into the best wine we possibly can.

We make our wines with only the highest quality, ripest grapes grown in our vineyard

Our grapes are grown on the finest Hampshire chalk downs which is the same substrate as that found in the famous vineyards of Champagne, and always left to achieve maximum ripeness before harvesting, which is essential to make the best possible wines.
